Case Management Nurse

Job Title : RN Case Manager

Location : Grand Blanc, MI

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Weekly Gross : $2100 - $2200 / weekly

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of acute inpatient case management experience , including acute discharge planning .

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required

BLS Certification – Must be current and issued through AHA .

Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan .

Experience with CarePort – Required

Able and willing to be physically present on patient floors and engage directly with patients.

Ability to acclimate quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience :

Familiarity with AllScripts , GEMS / Sunrise systems.

Working knowledge of utilization management, performance improvement, and managed care reimbursement.
