CNA Responsibilities : Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care CNA Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent Active and unrestricted CNA certification Experience in long-term care preferred but not required Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care Schedule & Benefits : Competitive pay : $19.75-$23.00, based on experience Shift Differential offered Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available Work Today; Get paid today option for financial convenience Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement annually for eligible employees Growth opportunities within the organization Join our team at Complete Care at Arbors , where we cultivate a warm, supportive, and rewarding environment for both residents and caregivers.
