Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and customer service by the care department within a designated area of the community. The LPN leads and supervises staff to maintain an efficient and caring environment that meets the needs of residents.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, in-good-standing LPN license with the State of Washington.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in long-term care, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations and compliance standards.

Compensation :

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.

The role is considered non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position in Seattle, Washington is $30.00-$30.00 per hour.
