Job descriptionMedical Assistant Certification (CMA) required High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, especially psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient) strongly preferred Dependability, professionalism, and strong customer service skills Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with scheduling preferred Interpretting and utilizing excel preferred Collaborate closely with psychiatric healthcare staff to support patient care Maintain accurate records in our EMR system Travel to patients' homes, long-term care, or post-acute care facilities within a 50 mile radius Record vitals, document medication lists, update medical history Schedule NP Psychiatry visits, including : Telehealth and In-Person Visits Perform various clinical and administrative support tasks as needed
