Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the direction, coordination, and successful execution of specific projects in alignment with company strategy, commitments, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of projects from our facility here in Houston, TX.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with supervision.
• Identify project tasks, resource requirements, and allocation.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule using MS Project.
• Monitor and control project schedule adherence.
• Manage, monitor, and control project budgets effectively.
• Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and ensure the completion of project deliverables.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams.
• Oversee quality assurance processes for all projects.
• Regularly monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Present reports outlining project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve desired outcomes.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results accordingly.

Work Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent.
• Previous experience in project management field preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management functional areas.
• Proficiency in MS Project and general project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Effective leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Skilled in negotiation, delegation, and conflict resolution
