Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the US Public Sector Team

Lead Ericsson's Public Sector sales across the US and manage the Inside Sales Teams

Collaborate with various departments to drive strategy and growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

15+ years of experience with Enterprise and Public Sector customers

Extensive experience leading Public Sector sales teams

Deep understanding of global and regional partners and technology ecosystems

Proven experience in remote management and leadership
