We are seeking a high-potential Lending Transactor to help grow our Lending Transactors Team serving high net worth clients in our Wealth Management group. The Lending Transactor is responsible for advising on large and complex securities-based lending transactions for HNW borrowers in the Private Bank Group. The Lending Transactor will collaborate closely with the Head of HNW Lending Transactions and Senior Lending Transactors to support the needs of HNW clients, Private Bankers and Financial Advisors. He or she will establish key partnerships with Sales, Risk, Legal and other key constituents to ensure that risk is appropriately managed while supporting the Firm's goal of providing quality private banking solutions to its HNW clients.
Responsibilities include managing the securities-based lending process, pipeline, loan quality, and deal structuring of complex securities transactions for clients within the high-net-worth space, ensuring proper controls and procedures exist for timely and accurate processing of loan reviews while maintaining an environment focused on credit quality, service, accuracy, and efficiency. Role will also provide valuable insight and support for evolution of the SBL product offering and partner with product management and support teams to deliver First Class solutions for this important client segment.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
