FULL TIME Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive maintenance operations across three apartment properties. This role involves ensuring all residential units are maintained to the highest standards while completing scheduled repairs, apartment turnovers, and maintaining property curb appeal.

Key Responsibilities :

Property Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform comprehensive maintenance on all apartment units across assigned properties
• Complete scheduled repairs and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Execute apartment turnovers between tenants to ensure units are move-in ready
• Maintain property curb appeal and common area presentation

Compliance & Inspections

Multi-Property Management
