Ross / Fowler, P.C. has an opportunity for a BIM Specialist to join our Knoxville, Tennessee team in shaping enduring public places through comprehensive landscape architecture, urban design, and planning services.

POSITION

As a BIM specialist, you will develop, implement, and champion BIM standards, assets, and workflows throughout all project phases. In collaboration with internal team members and external project consultants, the BIM specialist creates, manages, and coordinates high-quality 2D / 3D landscape models and construction drawing packages aligned with design intent, technical requirements, and quality standards. The specialist plays a key role in fostering a culture of innovation by driving technological advancement, digital delivery, and production strategy across platforms and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide firm-wide adoption, integration, and execution of BIM project delivery by :

Demonstrating

• Enthusiasm for technological advancement, digital innovation, and process improvement
• Advantages of adopting BIM project delivery to more fully communicate design intent, inform design decisions, streamline documentation, and leverage data to automate calculations, schedules, and takeoffs

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Architecture, Design Technology, or related field
