Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift

SUMMARY As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, individualized patient care in partnership with a dedicated nursing team. SCHEDULE : Evenings, 3pm - 11 : 30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care & Service : Assist and / or provide support in activities as outlined in individualized care plans, transport residents to activities, offer leisure activities, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.

Communication & Documentation : Offer timely responses to resident requests, provide direction to families, and ensure effective communication among team members.

EDUCATION :

High School Diploma (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; frequent walking, standing, or squatting may be required.

PAY RANGE : $19.40 - $20.60

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components.
