Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (MR) with ARRT MR certification and 2+ years of MRI Neuro experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an MRI Neuro department within a clinic setting
  • MRI imaging using advanced equipment and technology
  • EPIC EMR is utilized for charting
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with contracts designated as either day (varied shifts) or evening (2 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM); no weekends or on-call hours
  • Assignments are for a full year in length
  • Produces high quality MRI images in accordance with departmental standards
  • Maintains safety for patients, self, and staff
  • May be required to staff various work locations within the department
  • Effective teamwork and communication with department personnel
  • Assignment is limited to one calendar year with a 30-60 day break before returning to a new assignment

    • Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an ARRT approved or recognized Health Science program
  • Active ARRT MR certification required
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • Minimum of 2 years MRI experience required in the specialty
  • Must have completed at least 3 prior travel assignments or meet 2 years of MRI experience for Rochester MN facilities
  • Experience with EPIC EMR is required
  • Excellent organization, efficiency, and communication skills
  • COVID vaccination and booster required
