Job Title : Assembly (Entry-level candidates welcome)

Location : Guilderland Center, NY

Shift : 7 : 00AM-5 : 30PM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime available on Fridays

Looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a good attitude.

This is a full-time, permanent role with long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment. If you like working with your hands, building things, and being part of a crew that gets the job done, we want to meet you.

Job Duties

• Assemble mattress foundations, bed frames, and furniture parts using hand and power tools
• Follow simple diagrams and instructions to assemble products accurately
• Check your work to make sure everything looks great and works properly
• Use basic measuring tools to make sure parts fit just right
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Help pack and prep finished products for shipping
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear (we’ll provide it)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
