Trillium has a direct hire opening for a Sales Support Specialist in Waukesha, WI!

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the outside sales representatives. Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, creating / completing order and quote requests, communicating with customers via phone & emails regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM. Salary range is $24-26 / hr depending on experience.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a sales-driven environment
• Experience in providing direct administrative support to a team
• Proficiency with CRM software (SAP preferred)
• General computer skills and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software
