Full-time Monday–Friday PM shift (includes every other holiday and weekend on-call rotation for licensed staff).Full-time and part-time RN / LPN positions on the PM shift.Part-time RN / LPN positions on the NOC shift.16 / 24 Status position : Work three weekends per month with an increased rate of pay—ideal for those with busy weekdays.RN Role Overview
As an RN, you will :
Provide clinical leadership and direct supervision for LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed staff on your unit.Perform comprehensive assessments, identify changes in condition, and initiate appropriate interventions.Participate in the care planning process and ensure consistent implementation of care plans.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility pharmaceutical policies.Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation that meets regulatory and facility standards.Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, providers, and the care team to manage the delivery of care in a dignified manner.Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while upholding the highest quality of care.LPN Role Overview
As an LPN, you will :
