GitHub Architect

Mandatory Requirement:

Deep hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise administration and architecture.
Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices, pipeline security, and secure SDLC.
Proven experience designing enterprise-grade CI/CD frameworks.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO/SCIM integrations, and RBAC models.
Experience with audit, compliance, and governance in regulated enterprise environments.

You Are:

Searching for a GitHub Architect who will design and maintain enterprise-scale GitHub architecture across organizations, teams, and repositories.

The opportunity:

Enterprise Architecture Platform Strategy

Define and enforce governance models, policy frameworks, and operating standards.

Establish and maintain GHAS (GitHub Advanced Security) baselines and secure-by-default templates.

Design organization-wide branch protection, CODEOWNERS, and repository compliance strategies. DevSecOps CI/CD Architecture

Architect and standardize CI/CD frameworks and migration strategies from legacy tools to GitHub Actions.

Design secure, reusable pipeline templates and shared runners strategy (GitHub-hosted and self-hosted).

Define environment promotion models, artifact versioning, and release governance patterns. Operational Excellence Scalability

Design repository scalability and performance standards, including Git LFS architecture and monorepo/multirepo strategies.
