Position Summary
The Clinician LMHP-E / LMHP provides assessment, counseling, and care coordination for individuals with substance use and co-occurring needs served through the Appomattox County SUD grant. This role delivers evidence-based treatment, ensures timely documentation, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and maintains all required training and competencies.
Based in Appomattox County, the position also involves building and sustaining stakeholder relationships with referral sources. Depending on licensure and agency needs, responsibilities may include clinical supervision of residents and / or QMHP-T staff, while supporting flexible scheduling to meet client demand.
A valid Virginia driver’s license and adherence to agency standards of ethics, customer service, and teamwork are required.
