Job description
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for intaking, triaging, and responding to medical information inquiries received via phone, email, or portal.
  • Process and monitor adverse events and product quality complaints in accordance with all SOPs.
  • Manage the adverse event reconciliation process with Pharmacovigilance and handle all tracking for the Sunshine Act.
  • Ensure all interactions and activities adhere strictly to corporate, governmental, and industry compliance guidelines.
  • Assist with departmental projects, such as medical information database implementation, as needed.
  • Bachelors Degree in a scientific field or equivalent working experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Medical Information department within the pharmaceutical industry or a medical information contact center.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
