Territories Available: NEW HAVEN, CT & STRATFORD, CT

Interviews ONE DAY ONLY - TUESDAY, MARCH 17 - (8 am - 4:30 pm)

$80,000 - $100,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions and Quarterly Bonuses)

  • $80,000+ Average Annual First Year Earnings
  • $52,500 Base Salary
  • Paid Weekly
  • Top Rep Annual Earnings - $100,000+
  • Uncapped Commissions (Monthly)
  • Bonuses (Quarterly)
  • Monday - Friday Schedule (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Full-Time: 40+ hours per week
  • NO Night Shifts
  • Weekends OFF
  • Car Allowance ($80/week = $4,160 annually)
  • Gas Card (up to $225.00 monthly)
  • Cell Phone Allowance ($50/monthly = $600 annually)
  • Training: First 5 weeks of employment is Sales Training to learn the UniFirst Sales Process, UniFirst Catalog of Products and to get Hands-On Training!

We’re currently seeking a motivated, self-driven individual as an Outside Sales Representative to increase new account sales in a dedicated market territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business accounts in your specified territory
  • Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels
  • Call on businesses in person, from major corporations to small companies
  • Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
  • Negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account installations

Qualifications

  • Outside business-to-business sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
