The front office development role requires an experienced senior level full stack software developer, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities include :

Developing front office trading technology for Equity Trading.
Defining, designing, coding, building, and debugging complex object-oriented multi-tier distributed software applications.
Designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications to enhance performance and reliability.
Enhancing trade processing modules, messaging components, and reporting applications.
Gathering requirements and improving current applications.
Providing day-to-day support for applications.

Skills and experience required :

5+ years of experience in front-office design, development, and support of web-based applications.

Experience working in high-intensity trading environments.

Expert-level Java skills.

Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript and HTML5.

Proficiency with SQL Server and database management.

Experience in building front office visualization dashboards and UI / UX design.

Experience with Windows / Linux operating systems.

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and low latency messaging systems like Kafka is a plus.

Experience with in-memory data stores is a plus.

Location : Full Time

Salary Range : $150,000 - $170,000
