About the role :

DuploCloud is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a demonstrated background in cloud automation. The role involves understanding customer DevOps use cases and developing Python automation solutions that can be integrated into the DuploCloud AI HelpDesk as AI Agents.

Working within our AI Growth Team, you'll collaborate closely with our Onboarding team, Operations Team, and customers directly to support their implementation and support needs. This role will contribute significantly to the company's growth trajectory by creating AI-powered DevOps solutions for our existing customer base.

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have experience

• Developing Python automation solutions (5+ years) and integrating them into AI-driven platforms such as AI Agents or HelpDesk systems.
• Designing and managing cloud architectures, infrastructure, or DevOps environments (5+ years) with a focus on AI-powered automation.
• Building and optimizing Docker images across one or more stacks (Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, etc.) (3+ years) to support AI-enabled workloads.
• Leveraging public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to scale AI-based DevOps use cases.
• Configuring and managing Kubernetes to deploy and orchestrate AI-enabled services.
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify new opportunities for AI automation.
• Solving complex DevOps challenges by applying AI and automation to simplify and accelerate solutions.
• Partnering with stakeholders in a technical and customer-focused solutions engineering capacity to deliver AI-powered outcomes.
• Sharing and receiving feedback openly, experimenting with AI-driven approaches, and learning from iterations and failures.
• Teaching and learning as a dynamic member of the AI Growth Team, contributing to AI adoption across DevOps.
• Delivering world-class DevOps support while guiding customers through AI-enabled infrastructure transformation journeys.

Rang e : $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 depending on location and level of experience.

The pay listed above is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The standard base pay range listed for this role may not be applicable to other locations.
