Overview and Responsibilities

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing & Collections Administrative Assistant for our Billing Center (BCC). In this position you will be responsible for providing support to multiple BCC Executives in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Composes and prepares correspondence for signature, answers phones and schedules appointments and conference calls
• Maintains accurate files and records
• Maintains an accurate calendar for the Executive and briefs on any and all matters that are pertinent to their position
• Plans, schedules and prepares materials for meetings on and off site
• Prepares reports, proposals, expense reports, data and research papers
• Performs other duties as assigned
