A thriving veterinary network is seeking a Regional Operations Partner to provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple hospitals in Florida . Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with hospital teams to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Mentor and support veterinarians at varying stages of their careers, including guidance on surgical and medical procedures
- Partner with local leaders to strengthen operations, streamline workflows, and uphold consistent standards of medical excellence
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of veterinarians to foster strong clinical teams
- Monitor compliance and quality assurance while promoting a positive, collaborative culture across all supported hospitals
- Analyze performance metrics and contribute to business discussions focused on growth, efficiency, and client experience
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degreeActive or eligible veterinary license in FloridaMinimum of 3 years in clinical practice with proven leadership, mentorship, or management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and support colleaguesWillingness to travel within the assigned region as neededComprehensive Benefits Include
