We are looking for a remote UX Designer for a top fashion company! Our ideal candidate should be able to participate in the conceptual development, design and delivery of end-to-end UX experiences within a collaborative team environment. Through iteration and evolution, these experiences should not only be beautifully designed but should answer user and business needs throughout all touch points of our digital commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with a team of fellow UX Designers, UX Researchers, Front End and Back End Engineers, Data and Testing Teams as well as Product Managers to create effective and elegant design solutions
Create deliverables including but not limited to : user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate vision and strategy
Deliver and execute finished UI for desktop and mobile web based on existing design patterns harnessing a mobile-first approach
Partner with leadership to ensure quality, usability, consistency, brand relevance and compliance across all deliverables.
Apply conceptual thinking across various platforms while considering user-needs, business goals and technical feasibility
Collaborate with UX Research, Analytics and A / B Testing teams to design end-to-end experiences using qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behavior and verify design concepts
Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are met and implemented
Work with product team to fill out design criteria in JIRA and ensure requirements are outlined for development
Provide Visual QA for all delivered designs to ensure pixel perfection prior to release
Cross-check acceptance criteria in the development ticket with the annotations delivered
Collaborate and communicate regularly with remote teams and partners
Develop learnings post-project to grow and innovate the quality of our product
Continually strive to exceed expectations

Required Qualifications :

A beautiful portfolio that demonstrates experience creating accessible, pixel-perfect, cross-platform designs at scale

Must have extensive understanding and hands-on experience with atomic design best practices

Fluency in a variety design crafts (UX, UI, Design Systems, Prototyping, Animation)

Expert proficiency in industry standard design tools (Figma)

Deep understanding of WCAG standards and inclusive design practices

Strategic design thinking, processes and design system related work experience that influenced business outcomes

Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience working with UX Research and A / B testing teams with a curiosity to gather, understand and analyze data to support design decisions

Understands and advocates for the importance of data-driven decisions

Strong understanding of mobile-first, UX best practice standards in the Ecommerce space

Able to communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner

Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience articulating design strategy

Passionate and enthusiastic about excellence and attention to detail

Continually strive to exceed expectations

Autonomous self-starter requiring minimal oversight

Respond professionally to feedback

Ecommerce and loyalty program experience is a plus, but not require

3-5 years of in-depth UX design experience, designing interfaces for multi-device ecosystems.
