We are searching for a talented Employment Administrator to join our team at Same Day SurgiClinic, an affiliate of Southcoast Health, a premier outpatient surgery center located in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Hours : 40hrs

Shift : Day Shift

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Anesthesia' Ambulatory Surgery Business Operations (or designee), this position plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing key administrative, payroll, and human resources functions. The incumbent exercises a high degree of independent judgment and is entrusted with managing complex departmental operations with minimal oversight. This role demands exceptional discretion, precision, and the ability to prioritize and drive multiple high-impact initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position leads coordination of cross-functional processes, ensures the integrity of employee records, and upholds strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards. Additionally, the role serves as a strategic liaison with Southcoast HR and payroll teams to align departmental operations with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative, HR, and / or payroll roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Paycor) preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices is highly desirable.
  • HR or payroll certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, FPC) are preferred.

    USD $24.72 - USD $41.19 / Hr.
