Sales And Marketing Position At Marriott International

This is a temporary management position at Marriott International HQ, located in Bethesda, Maryland. The pay range is $33.94-$46.92 per hour. Provide analytical, process management, data management, and communication leadership over the Commercial Performance Global Performance Services / Account Deployment department. Manage Account Deployment implementation services to support a B2B global sales deployment strategy.

The job requires 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 2+ years' relevant professional experience OR High school diploma or GED plus 4+ years' experience of relevant professional experience. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in data management, big data solution development, and data analytics is required. Proficiency with at least one of the following operating systems : Excel and Access is also required.

Core work activities include querying and manipulating large quantities of data using advanced skills in Access and Excel, managing tracking and resolution of account and strategy issues, understanding new technologies and their potential use within Revenue Management, interpreting business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and providing strong customer service skills to provide a high level of support to Area Sales Leaders regarding B2B sales structure analysis and production tracking.
