Sales Team Manager

At a global leading designer and manufacturer of bedding products, our highly recognized brands include Tempur-Pedic and Sealy.

This role is responsible for delivering excellence in customer service while selling and marketing Tempur-Pedic products. The individual will serve as a member of management when the Store Manager is not available, opening and / or closing the store and covering management duties.

The ideal candidate has high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years retail management experience with high-end luxury and / or custom products, strong sales skills in a consultative environment, and demonstrated ability to lead and train others. They must also be able to stand for lengthy periods of time and occasionally lift items with or without assistance.

Duties :

Manage and maintain responsibility for the overall performance of a team of Retail Sales Associates.

Provide leadership to the sales team in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care.

Continue to perform all Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.

Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
