Option 1 : Tuesday-Friday, 11 : 30 AM-8 : 00 PM + Saturday, 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM

Option 2 : Monday-Friday, 11 : 30 AM-8 : 00 PM

Work Type : On-site, 5 days a week

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience

High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Ability to show empathy and maintain a professional phone manner

Strong attention to detail

Experience with medical office, terminology, pharmacy, or claims is a plus

Must be amenable to work in Cary, NC

Open to start on December 02, 2025

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound / outbound calls for prescription status, delivery scheduling, and payment

Update customer profiles and progress notes

Route calls appropriately and ensure customer satisfaction

Verify insurance, provide invoice copies, and answer patient questions

Identify and report adverse events and product complaints

Perform other duties as assigned based on team / program needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40 / hr.
