The Position
The Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. As a Field Applications Specialist you will :
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology or Biochemistry, or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, or relevant experience. 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to learn and remain current on Roche solutions across various fields, including chemistry, immunology, molecular, life sciences, and IT solutions, while keeping up with industry trends. Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with project management experience. Strong customer consultative skills, including advanced scientific knowledge, exceptional customer engagement, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships.
Relocation benefits are available for this job posting. This is a field based role. The territory is Portland, OR. Ideal candidate to live within the territory. Travel : Requires 70-80%; company car is provided with this position. Shift : Monday-Friday. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon is $63,800 and $118,400 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
