Independence Rehab is actively hiring a full-time PT to provide evaluations and supervisory visits at our outpatient therapy clinics located inside assisted living communities throughout Western Washington -from Tacoma to Bellingham . You'll visit nearby facilities in person and support others via telehealth, depending on your location and availability.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide PT evaluations and supervisory visits for outpatient clients in assisted living
  • Guide and support PTAs as needed
  • Deliver personalized treatment plans for a range of conditions, including occasional medically complex cases
  • Promote mobility, fall prevention, strength training, and safe transfers
  • Collaborate with caregivers, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
  • Need a refresher on geriatric care, complex transfers, or SNF-specific treatment approaches? We'll train and support you!

  • What You Bring :
  • Current Washington State PT license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with the senior population
  • Experience supervising PTAs
  • Preferred : 1+ year in skilled nursing or senior rehab-though we welcome all passionate and competent therapists!
