Position Purpose
Under general supervision, the Application Developer provides appropriate automated solutions, while recognizing opportunities for technological improvement and continual optimization. This person will utilize business, functional and technical specifications to accurately design, develop, test, implement and enhance corporate applications and databases; with a focus on upgrading our tech stack across technologies utilizing the following : .Net Core C#, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, VB.Net and SQL. Candidates with prior programming experience in SAP ABAP or ERP is highly desired. In addtion, t he Application Developer will play a critical role, delivering end-to-end support of escalated support requests in accordance with IS service level agreements (SLAs) across the enterprise.

Essential Duties
Designs, tests, implements, and maintains complex programs and reports by utilizing business requirements through specifications from IS Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and various Business Process Owners (BPOs).Applies appropriate methodologies and practices in developing relational databases and database objects and user Interfaces.Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and / or codes.Troubleshoots technical issues and identifies modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing business requirements; recommends system controls and protocols.Escalates issues by recognizing severity and impact on users, business processes and other systems.Manages time efficiently by resolving urgent requests to meet SLAs.Provides users, team members and management with ongoing status of all activities by tracking project tasks, support requests or other activities in appropriate systems of record.Utilizes version control applications to organize and secure all development projects and code.Other duties may be assignedNon-Essential Duties

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent training / experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience with .Net Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, VB.Net, SQLMinimum of 3 years' of utilizing Microsoft SQL server (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years' experience with structured development methodologySAP ABAP or ERP programming experience a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical Skills
Experienced proficiency developing and supporting .NET Web API applications (.NET 6 or later), including a solid understanding of working with EF Core, LINQ, MVC, creating RESTful API's, and building service architecturesExperienced proficiency building front-end web applications built in Angular (v8 or later), including experience working with RxJS and NgRx, and experience with Bootstrap is preferred but not requiredExperience writing and supporting SQL, including queries, views, functions, stored procedures, and TVP'sAbility to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in technical tools and applicationsExperience using help desk ticketing software, incident troubleshooting and escalation processesUnderstand emerging technology and end-user needsProficient working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, Visual Basic.Net programming, and MS SQL Server queries / objectStrong skills in SQL Reporting ServicesProficient in working with version control software such as git, including understanding common branching strategies and workflowsExperience using software and project management software, such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Github, Trello, etc (experience working with CI / CD pipelines a plus)Experience with system integrations is a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer : This is a Exempt position. The pay range for this position is $95,443.68 to $149,245.20. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
