About the Role
We are seeking a highly seasoned, execution-driven Project Management Professional (PMP) with deep experience in real estate development, de novo facility builds, construction planning, and leasing administration. This role will provide the organizational “muscle” needed to manage a rapidly expanding portfolio of new construction projects, expansions, renovations, and leasing activities across a multi-site environment.The Senior Project Manager will serve as the central driver of complex, cross-functional initiatives—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and environmental requirements. This role requires exceptional project rigor, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.POSITION’S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
