Position Requirements :

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed
  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be able to conduct gate access control, visitor management, walking vision patrols, completing vision reports, transferring phone calls, and verifying identification of visitors
  • Must be comfortable wearing PPE (lab coats, hair nets, boot covers, steel toe shoes)
  • Driver Certification / valid Drivers License required due to mobile and foot patrols
