This top-level group serves a 300,000-population region and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction and a high retention rate. Practice Information 1656 hours per year and extra shifts available 2 providers at all times, currently 2 providers and 2 APPs Volume is 60-70 pats per 12-hour shift with 2 providers Employed by 330-bed Regional Health System Financially sound and wonderful retention within the organization Compensation & Benefits 275K base plus 50K quality bonus $50,000 signing bonus Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment 6 weeks PTO with instant accrual Health, dental & vision plans Retirement plans - 401k, 403b & 457b Free access to two fitness centers Child care & early learning center for dependents Location : Located 100 miles North of St Louis along the mighty Mississippi lies the historic town of Hannibal.
