Verovian Nursing Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced and highly motivated RN Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations in a home health setting . This role requires a strong leader with expertise in OASIS, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure excellence in patient care. While this position does not include direct clinician supervision, the Clinical Manager will be responsible for clinical leadership, patient care oversight, personnel support, and quality compliance .

• Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Serve as primary support for staff and patients during hours of operation.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, agency policies, and state / federal regulations .
• Review discharge assessment data, Edit / Lock Discharge OASIS, and discipline-only discharges .
• Manage daily KPIs, workflow, and patient escalation / complaint calls .
• Guide clinicians in implementing Emergency Care Protocols .
• Ensure all clinicians, including contract staff, receive the necessary training, competency assessments, and supervision .
• Assign staff based on demonstrated competence in required tasks / services .
• Serve as the QAPI owner and actively participate in quality assurance (QA) and performance improvement activities .
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans .
