Position : Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Setting : Outpatient Clinic, workers comp.

Location : On Site : Red Bluff, CA

Employment Type : Full-Time (Part-time considered)

Compensation : Starting $140,000 $180,000 annually (commensurate with experience) plus bonus potential.

About the Role

WellTech Partners is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a high-performing team in the Red Bluff / Redding area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician or a new graduate eager to grow their skills in pain management , musculoskeletal care , and rehabilitative medicine . This is a leading, long-established medical group specializing in pain management and rehabilitative care . This team of board-certified providers delivers innovative, cost-effective, and compassionate care for acute and chronic pain conditions using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions under physician supervision.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Perform minor procedures and assist with interventional pain management techniques where appropriate.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Educate patients on pain management options, self-care, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, behavioral health providers, etc.) to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient encounters in the electronic health record promptly and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility protocols.

Qualifications

Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
