Job Description :
The Martins lab is looking for a self-driven Research Assistant II with strong work ethics and high attention to detail to work on NIH-funded projects aimed at developing immune interventions against HIV / AIDS using nonhuman primate animal models. Candidates with a background in molecular biology and immunology will be given preference. The successful applicant will be expected to work under general supervision, independently, and in collaboration with others; perform research for projects and provide interpretation and initial analysis of results; investigate, troubleshoot, and modify methods and procedures; assist in designing experiments; perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of experience; a masters degree and two or more years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
