Job descriptionCaseload : Adult : 100% Average number of hospital patients per physician per day : 20 consults Number of physician in the group : 1, No Mid-levels Lab Onsite : Yes Documentation System : EPIC for hospital Total number of beds : 300 Inpatient - Infectious Disease Inpatient - Internal Medicine Microscopic specimen evaluation Management of vascular access devices / central venous catheters (Familiarity with intravenous medications, Cental line placement) Intrathecal administration of anti-infective agents Diagnostic / therapeutic taps (Aspiration of abscess, Arthrocentesis, Lumbar puncture, Thoracentesis) Liver biopsy Malpractice (Must be included in the rates) Orientation Hourly Holiday Hourly Overtime Holiday Overtime Nightly Call Holiday Nightly Call 24 Hour On Call Holiday 24 Hour On Call Call Back Holiday Call Back Conversion Fee (25k rate cap) Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start. Flights - Up to $750 RT cap Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to $150 total per night cap. Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap. Mileage - IRS Standard Rate. Board Certified in Infectious Disease - REQUIRED Active CO License or Active IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
