Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security

Advise clients on the selection, integration, and optimization of HCM solutions

Perform process design, product configuration, functional design, customization, and testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant or in a similar role

Hands-on implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions

Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Security)

Oracle HCM certifications preferred
