Education:
•High School Diploma or GED.
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
• 2+ years or Master Entry.
• Good knowledge in a technical field or business method, including the basic theoretical background.
• Develops basic business understanding.
• Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value added.
• May improve processes, business methods, or technical components.
• Skills required: Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ERP (SAP).

Responsibilities:
• Participates and supports the manager in accomplishing the respective tasks and managing the responsibility area, organization, or assigned projects.
• Monitors all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Analyzes strategic or operational tasks in the assigned functional area.
• Gathers, analyzes, and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
• Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings.
• Schedules, prepares, and accompanies appointments and meetings, and completes minutes of meetings.
• May coordinate and establish travel arrangements. Manages in- and outbound correspondence.
• Manages integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
• Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information. Impacts: Needs professional technological, economic or scientific know-how, methods, tools, and principles, and applies to differing and variable situations.
• Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
