We're seeking a motivated and experienced Site Quality Lead to take ownership of our site-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across all operations. This leader will ensure our products and processes consistently meetand exceedboth internal and customer standards, while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Salary : $115K$135K (based on experience) Full Benefits Package Included

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a compliant QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related standards.
• Oversee internal, customer, and regulatory audits; ensure timely follow-up and corrective actions.
• Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and execute improvement initiatives (CAPA).
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• Ensure robust quality control procedures are maintained throughout all manufacturing phases.
• Manage equipment calibration programs and documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve product or process quality issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of inspectors, engineers, and analysts, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Drive supplier quality management, including supplier audits and performance monitoring.
• Deliver training programs on quality systems, standards, and best practices.
• Present quality performance reports and strategic improvement plans to site leadership.
