Job Title : Operator I 2nd Shift
Location : Atlanta, GA
Hours : 2 : 30 PM 11 : 00 PM
Job Responsibilities :
- Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies.
- Follow standardized procedures and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing management and team members.
- Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper safety devices.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure product traceability and address quality issues.
- Support divisional initiatives including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software effectively.
- Prioritize and sequence tasks efficiently.
- Handle and maneuver small components and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with supervisors / managers on performance goals and process improvements.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
