Sr. Salesforce Systems Analyst

Job Description / Skills : Location : This position is remote within the US only. This individual will collaborate with the delivery team and business partners to build, maintain, and implement technology solutions for a large team within our client’s business. As an individual contributor, they will estimate development efforts from high-level requirements and manage all aspects of delivery. A passion for delivering high quality software solutions along with excellent analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills are desired. Candidates for this role will have a strong background as a Salesforce Administrator and in Agile methodologies. What you will do Design and implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices Leverage the Salesforce security model to effectively manage access and data visibility Participate in peer reviews to ensure technical standards and best practices are followed Create and maintain technical documentation Maintain organized documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability Identify opportunities to improve the system, streamline processes, and enhance user experience Champion Agile methodologies to continuously deliver testable and usable software Who you are 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 5+ in systems analysis and design Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations Proficiency with declarative development tools such as Flow and Lightning App Builder Experience with data management, including querying Salesforce data and performing bulk data imports In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Proven experience customizing and configuring Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud Experience with Salesforce DevOps and Agile methodologies Proactive and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Previous experience in a highly regulated industry with sensitive information is a plus Salesforce Certifications : Required : Administrator Strongly Preferred : Platform App Builder Strongly Preferred : Advanced Administrator Pay Range : $60.00 – $68.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
