Fleet Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in fleet operations and vehicle management, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Fleet Support Specialist

Location : San Francisco, CA

Pay Range : 45 / hr.

Shift : Tues-Sat - 2pm-11pm

What's the Job?

Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle repair times in collaboration with the scheduling team.

Monitor fleet health by reviewing open vehicle issues and generating actionable plans.

Maintain accurate records and historical data related to vehicle health and repairs.

Assist in creating technical documentation and support reporting on fleet performance and maintenance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline hardware and software handoffs, ensuring smooth fleet operations.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or automotive environment.

Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Knowledge of automotive repair processes and fundamentals.

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
