Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the lifecycle of programs from engagement through proposal development and contract award

Oversee program integration management, ensuring effective risk management and stakeholder interaction

Supervise project staff and form cross-functional teams to meet program requirements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT / Systems, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or related field

Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management

Typically 3+ years of experience leading medium-scale projects with cross-functional teams

Proficient in risk management and stakeholder relationship management

Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs from initial engagement to sustainment
