As soon as Mariah Carey belts out "It's Time," the holiday season is officially upon us and at Saltbox, we're getting ready to help small business owners conquer their busiest time of the year! Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business by providing modern, flexible workspaces. Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics.

We're looking for Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Los Angeles (Duarte) team and support operations during the peak season. This role is best suited for someone with warehouse and fulfillment experience who values flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
• Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading shipments as needed.
• Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
• Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.
