Job descriptionRoutine interior and exterior painting in apartments and around community. Inspect and prepare all apartments for rent ready status as per company policy before new residents move into the community. Assist maintenance team with work orders and other building maintenance. Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs required by employer. Perform other duties as set by the company of Executive Director; completing all assigned duties which may change from time to time according to the resident needs, staffing levels, and working conditions.
