Diagnose and repair Ford systems to specificationExplain mechanical diagnoses and repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisers and or customers.Continuously be abreast with changing automotive technologyPerform assigned work in a timely and safe manner that is consistent with both federal, state and manufacturer and company safe guidelines.Ensuring safe use of power and hand-held toolsMaintain up-to-date training certifications through FordRequirements :
Experience required – Ford experience is a huge plusMust be reliable, friendly, and willing to continue gaining training to keep up with the latest technologyAbility to work independently and effectively diagnose and perform necessary repairsAble to work on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 poundsResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drugs test, and have valid driver’s licenseWe are an equal opportunity employer.
