We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Director of Talent Management to lead Tanium's global talent strategy during an exciting phase of growth and innovation. This leader will architect and scale world-class talent programsspanning performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and internal mobilitywith a strong focus on leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance talent outcomes. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Chief Talent Officer and collaborating closely with executive leadership, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams globally.

This is a hybrid position which will require in person attendance several days each week in our Emeryville, CA office.

What you'll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $425,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
