Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead product analytics across the entire product lifecycle : gather and analyze user behavior data, run experiments, and turn insights into actionable product recommendations that shape strategy and feature prioritization. Your work will directly influence product decisions and help drive customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable product insights : analyze and aggregate user behavior data to highlight trends, surface friction points, and uncover opportunities that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Design, run, and evaluate experiments : own A / B test design, from hypothesis generation and power analysis to post?test read?outs, partnering with engineering and product teams.
• Define and monitor core product metrics : establish, track, and optimize KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversion rates, and build automated dashboards visible to teams and leadership.
• Conduct deep?dive analyses of user cohorts and segments to tailor product strategies and recommend actions for high?value or at?risk groups.
• Ensure data quality and integrity : validate tracking implementation, debug data issues, and maintain documentation of code, queries, and analytical notebooks.
• Contribute to scalable analytics infrastructure : collaborate with Analytics Engineering to evolve datasets, schemas, and pipelines that support self?serve analysis.
• Document and share knowledge : maintain clear documentation of analytics methodologies, metrics, and insights, and craft compelling data stories with visualizations and narrative.

Compensation

Remote US : Base salary range $200,000 $350,000 USD. Salary varies by location, experience, and expertise; it is one part of our total rewards philosophy.
