Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : Reno, NV (On-site)

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Schedule : Full-time, shifts between 7 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM (to be discussed during interview)

Pay : Based on experience and communication skills

What You'll Do

• Create and issue invoices and initiate billing cycles
• Verify charges and ensure billing accuracy
• Generate freight quotes using internal systems and procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email (90% email-based)
• Manage 100200 customer updates daily, including status checks and proof of delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage internal orders
• Maintain detailed records and follow up on outstanding issues

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
