Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers!

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert! We will equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
